Verification freshness
Separate physical checks from movement history.
The freshness card reports individual physical slot verifications. Recording a move or counting a parent location does not automatically verify a slot. Old scans are not converted into physical verifications.
The seven- and thirty-day indicators identify slots not verified during those periods; also check never-verified slots. These figures do not measure shelf life or quantity accuracy.
The movement chart is separate: it shows recorded movement/scan activity by source. High activity does not mean every slot has been physically checked.
