What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. When you visit the site, our server briefly processes your IP address to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse. When you sign in to the Loqorina app, we record the sign-in itself: your IP address, your browser's identification string, and the time. This is kept for account security and to answer a lawful request from an authority. For registration and service delivery we also process your email, name, organization, password hash, verification and session records. We retain subscription/transaction identifiers, consent timestamps and payment/refund status to enforce access and reconcile billing. Card numbers and security codes are entered directly with Paddle, not stored by Loqorina.
Third-party services
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam. Submitting the form sends your IP address and a verification token to Cloudflare for that check. We also forward your submission (name, email, phone if provided, message, and IP address) to a private Telegram chat so we can respond quickly. Cloudflare and Telegram each process this data as independent services; see their own privacy policies for details. Paddle handles online purchases, billing, tax and payment details under its own privacy notice. We exchange customer/billing email, organization reference and subscription/transaction data with Paddle to provide the service.

Contact form submissions are kept until we manually delete them; there is currently no automatic deletion. Sign-in records are deleted automatically 90 days after they are made. If you delete a user account, that account's sign-in records are deleted with it. Subscription cancellation is not account deletion. Billing, consent and reconciliation records currently have no automatic deletion schedule; contact us for deletion requests, subject to applicable legal retention duties. Paddle applies its own retention policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to how it's processed (under GDPR in the EU, or KVKK in Türkiye). To exercise any of these rights, email info@fktyazilim.com.
International data transfer
Paddle and the other services listed here may process data internationally; consult their privacy notices for locations and safeguards.
