Data controller

What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. When you visit the site, our server briefly processes your IP address to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse. When you sign in to the Loqorina app, we record the sign-in itself: your IP address, your browser's identification string, and the time. This is kept for account security and to answer a lawful request from an authority.
Third-party services
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam. Submitting the form sends your IP address and a verification token to Cloudflare for that check. We also forward your submission (name, email, phone if provided, message, and IP address) to a private Telegram chat so we can respond quickly. Cloudflare and Telegram each process this data as independent services; see their own privacy policies for details.
Cookies and tracking
We store one entry in your browser to remember your cookie choice. Beyond that, we run analytics only if you accept, using Google Analytics; declining means no analytics runs and no data reaches Google. If you accept, your data is processed by Google, including outside your own country.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept until we manually delete them; there is currently no automatic deletion. Sign-in records are deleted automatically 90 days after they are made. If you delete a user account, that account's sign-in records are deleted with it.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to how it's processed (under GDPR in the EU, or KVKK in Türkiye). To exercise any of these rights, email info@fktyazilim.com.
International data transfer
Because we use Cloudflare, a global service, your data may be processed outside your own country, including outside the EU and Türkiye.
