Setting up the first time
The twin has to be drawn once before it can stay current. Do that yourself at no extra cost, or hand it to us.

We set it up remotely

Send your floor plan or rack list. We build the model, name every location and hand back QR sheets ready to print. Priced by warehouse size.
We come to you
Quoted per warehouse
We measure on site, build the model, place the QR codes and run the first scans with your team. Priced by size, number of labels and travel.
Setup is a one-off charge, invoiced separately from the subscription. Either way the twin is yours to edit afterwards — and it stays current through everyday scanning, not through us.

We invoice directly in USD and settle by international bank transfer to a TRY account at the exchange rate on the payment date. No card processor in the loop.

Payment reference: Include your invoice number and organization name in the transfer description.
Wire fees: The customer (sender) covers all international transfer fees (OUR). We receive the invoiced amount in full.
VAT / tax treatment: Prices are shown without tax. VAT is added to every invoice at the rate in force.
Payment terms: Net 14 days from invoice date.
