For warehouses with specific infrastructure or feature needs, priced around what you actually require.

Prices are plus taxes. applicable VAT is added to your invoice.

Card required. One warehouse during the trial; unlimited warehouses after successful payment. Choose monthly or yearly billing before checkout. Unless cancelled, Paddle charges automatically at the end of the trial and on renewal. Prices exclude tax; the total is shown at checkout.

Turn off automatic renewal from Subscription or the Paddle customer portal. Complete cancellation more than 30 minutes before the charge and check confirmation. A pending or rejected request does not stop payment. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period; cancellation does not itself issue a refund.

We set it up remotely

Send your floor plan or rack list. We build the model, name every location and hand back QR sheets ready to print. Priced by warehouse size.

We come to you

Quoted per warehouse

We measure on site, build the model, place the QR codes and run the first scans with your team. Priced by size, number of labels and travel.

Setup is a one-off charge, invoiced separately from the subscription. Either way the twin is yours to edit afterwards — and it stays current through everyday scanning, not through us.

Payment details

Online subscriptions are paid by card through Paddle. The bank details below apply only to separately agreed manual invoices; do not also pay by transfer for a Paddle subscription.

The customer (sender) covers all international transfer fees (OUR). We receive the invoiced amount in full.
