The terms that apply when you use Loqorina.
The service
Loqorina is a spatial layer for warehouses, provided by FKT Yazılım (Fatih Kurt). Each warehouse (Site) is its own subscription; you can add as many as you need.
Pricing and payment
Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. We invoice in USD and settle by international bank transfer to a TRY account at the exchange rate on the payment date, as described there. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel future renewals at any time. We don't offer refunds for the current billing period.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bursa, Türkiye.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Loqorina after an update means you accept the current version.
