The terms that apply when you use Loqorina.
The service
Loqorina is a spatial layer for warehouses, provided by FKT Yazılım (Fatih Kurt). One organization subscription. One warehouse during the free trial; unlimited warehouses with an active paid subscription.
Pricing and payment
Online subscriptions are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices are $29 per month or $290 per year per organization, excluding tax; Paddle shows the final amount before confirmation. A card is required for the 14-day trial (one warehouse). Unless canceled, the selected amount is charged at trial end and each renewal. Verified paid access includes unlimited warehouses. Early activation and annual upgrades require a separate charge confirmation; Paddle calculates unused-time credit. Bank transfers apply only to separately agreed manual invoices.

Turn off automatic renewal in Subscription or the Paddle portal and confirm completion more than 30 minutes before collection. Pending or rejected requests do not stop collection. Access continues until the verified period ends; cancellation does not itself refund a payment. Request a refund through Paddle.net or info@fktyazilim.com. Paddle's Refund Policy and mandatory rights apply; a request is not a guarantee of approval. A full current-period refund removes paid access; a partial refund does not. Refunds do not cancel renewal. Expired access blocks operations, not billing or support, and does not itself delete warehouse data. The 30-minute operational cutoff for automatic renewal does not limit statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights. Eligibility and deadlines depend on applicable law and Paddle's Refund Policy.
Paddle: Cancellation and refundsLimitation of liability
Statutory consumer rights and remedies for defective or non-conforming services remain unaffected. Where permitted by law, liability for other claims is limited to the Loqorina subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the claim; indirect losses are excluded only where lawful. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law applicable to them. Bursa courts have jurisdiction only where a jurisdiction agreement is legally valid. Consumers retain access to courts and dispute-resolution bodies provided by mandatory law. Purchases from Paddle are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms for changes to the service or applicable law. Before material changes take effect, we will notify affected customers by email with reasonable advance notice, explaining the changes, effective date and available options, unless legal or urgent security requirements require a shorter period. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Where consent is required, continued use alone is not consent. Customers may cancel renewal before changes take effect; mandatory termination and refund rights remain unaffected.
