Team accounts and roles

Loqorina has three roles: admin, manager, and operator. Each one sees a different set of actions in the app, not just different permissions behind the scenes.

What each role can do

Admins and managers can set up and reconfigure the warehouse: draw layouts, run imports, manage users. Operators use the day-to-day features: scanning, search, viewing the dashboard, without the setup actions.

Managing the team

The "Users" screen lists everyone in your organization and lets an admin add people or change their role. It's reachable from the account menu, not buried in a settings tab.

A safeguard against locking yourself out

The last remaining admin's role can't be lowered, and their account can't be disabled. There's always at least one person who can get back in and fix things.
