QR codes and scanning

Printing labels

Loqorina's label sheet, with QR codes for every slot ready to print

Every location in Loqorina already has a QR code. Printing them is what turns that into something your team can actually use: an unlabelled shelf is a shelf the scan flow can never reach.

Printing a run

Open any location and choose Print QR labels. You get every slot under it, in aisle reading order, so the printed stack comes off the printer in the order it goes onto the shelves. Rack and zone labels can be printed the same way.

Or just the one that came off

Labels get knocked off, soaked, or peeled. Search for the location, tick it, and print that one sticker. Reprinting two hundred labels to replace one is exactly the problem this avoids.

What a label says

The code itself, the location's name, and the address above it: "Slot 3, Rack A, Level 1". A sticker that only says "Slot 3" is the same sticker as the one on nine other racks.
