Tracking assets
Physical asset identity, its card and current location.
Open Locations → Assets to add an asset or inspect its card. Check name, external ID, product code, category, notes and photo. External IDs are unique within the organization; several pallets may share a product code.
An asset has one current location or none. Editing its card is not a move. Admins/managers can edit the card. Content quantities and delivery photos are separate records accessible from it; the card's product code does not automatically create contents.
