Loqorina

Getting started

Setting up your first site

There are two ways to get a Site's structure into Loqorina, and most teams end up using both.

Draw it

The layout editor is an overhead, snap-to-grid view for drawing zones and placing racks. It's the fastest way to get a rough but usable layout in front of you, and it's meant as an onboarding tool, not something you'll spend your days in.

Import it

If you already track your warehouse in a spreadsheet, you can import it directly: a CSV or Excel file with asset names and Zone/Rack/Level/Slot columns produces the matching hierarchy and assets in one pass.

After that, scanning takes over

Once the basic hierarchy exists, either way, everyday QR scanning is what keeps it current. Drawing or importing gets you started; it isn't something you're expected to redo every time something moves.
