Not sure what your file should look like? The import screen has a downloadable example template in both .csv and .xlsx, showing the exact shape: an asset name column plus Zone/Rack/Level/Slot columns, filled in down to whichever level you actually have.

Why the template maps itself

The downloadable file always uses the same exact English headers (Asset, Zone, Rack, Level, Slot). If you use it as your starting point, the column mapping step fills itself in automatically. Your own file doesn't have to use those headers or that language, you'll just map its columns by hand instead.
