Share links
Control scope and expiry of read-only access.
As an admin/manager, create a share link from a location panel. Anyone holding it can read that location and listed assets within its scope without an account. A warehouse-level link may also expose its floor plan and geometry; a rack link does not expose the entire warehouse plan.
Use Share links in the account menu to check validity and revoke when needed. Expired or revoked links stop working. Share only with intended viewers. Visitors cannot edit or record moves; private delivery photos and contents quantities are not published in this view.
